Guest Policies

1. Advances made are not refundable if the stay is being cancelled or postponed. Bookings can be postponed if informed 7 days prior to Check-In, subject to room availability.

2. A copy of your Aadhar Card / PAN Card is to be presented at the time of Check-In.

3. Check-In time is at 2pm and Check-Out time is at 12pm the next day. The venue must be vacated on time punctually.

4. Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs will be subject to room availabilities. Requests for Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs should be submitted to the management atleast 72 hours prior.

5. Extension of a guest’s stay is subject to room availability. Room rates for the extended stay will be charged based on prevailing room rates as of that day.

6. We will not allow Paan or Gutka to be served or chewed anywhere on the premises. Palladium Luxury Suites is strictly a “No Paan & No Gutka” property.

7. In accordance with Supreme Court orders, we do not allow Hookah anywhere on the premises. Any guest caught or detected with contraband substances will be asked to leave the property immediately. Any guest engaging in illegal or immoral activity shall be asked to leave the property immediately. No gambling is permitted at the venue.

8. Strictly No Pets allowed.

9. No damage can be caused to the property. Any damage to property, due to disregard of policy in this matter, will be charged to the guest.

10. Palladium Luxury Suites will not be liable for any theft, loss or damage to the guest’s belongings including guest’s vehicles during their stay.
